The middle aluminum layer is welded in a seamless laser welding methods (or overlap welding methods). The PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe combines all advantages of a metal and plastic pipe:

The aluminum core makes PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe 100% oxygen barrier, which can prevent incrustation in the plumbing & heating system                                                                       

● Hygienically and neutral

PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe is hygienically and neutral, no toxic, suitable for drinking water supply.

5. Our standard exporting packing method is by coils, 12/16/20mm pipe can be packed in 50-500m length while 25/26/32mm be in 50m/100m length. The outer packing can be  brown paper or cartons, inside be wrapped by plastic films.
